By Paul Selig

By Paul Selig

Directed by Jamie Armitage

A plague has destroyed the world. Three strangers meet in a bar in New York: a school-boy, a street-walker and a tourist from Texas. This unlikely group must learn to understand one another in order to survive.

Paul Selig’s rarely seen play was written in 1986 as a response to the AIDS crisis, yet reads in a beautifully haunting new way since the events of 2020. An exploration of how, even in the worst of circumstances, humans find a way to connect and live together.
